End User License Agreement

1. APPLICABILITY

This EULA (“End User License Agreement”) applies to the website, the products, and the intellectual property rights of FluffyAudio.

2. LICENSE GRANT

The product is licensed to a single user only. The sounds and samples are licensed, not sold, for use in live performances, music production, film scoring, broadcast, commercial recording, and similar commercial endeavors. The user may install the library on any computer system they own for personal use. The samples contained in the library may not be repackaged into any commercial products (e.g., sample packs, libraries, loop collections, etc.).

3. RESALE

All sales are final. The user is prohibited from sharing, copying, selling, or distributing the sample library in any form. Redistribution in any format, including packaging in loop and sample packs, multisamples, patches in a sampler, or any music-oriented and sample playback device, is strictly forbidden. Techniques such as filtering, layering, combining, or resynthesizing the samples do not circumvent this restriction.

4. RIGHTS

FluffyAudio retains all copyrights and ownership rights of the sounds, samples, and programs included in this product.

5. REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of FluffyAudio libraries, licenses are sold on a non-refundable basis.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES

FluffyAudio is not liable for any losses incurred due to temporary website unavailability. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain a backup copy of the product for future use.

7. AI TRAINING PROHIBITION

Under no circumstances may any content FluffyAudio libraries be used to train, develop, or enhance any artificial intelligence or machine learning systems. Any attempt to incorporate these sounds or samples into datasets or models for AI training is strictly prohibited and will be considered a material breach of this agreement.

8. TERMINATION

This license is immediately terminated if the user breaches any of the terms and conditions of this EULA, including the AI Training Prohibition. FluffyAudio reserves the right to terminate the license without prior notice and may pursue legal action if necessary.
